Classical guitar recitalist CHARLES MOKOTOFF has a long history on the concert stage. Prior to settling in Washington, D.C., Charles made his home in New England, where he was widely recognized as an active guitarist and Renaissance music specialist. Charles made his New York City debut at Carnegie Hall.
